African musician Femi Kuti will perform in Bilbao in May.

Femi's father Fela Kuti will be better known to some music enthusiasts and the pair actually played together for a while before Femi formed his own band in the 1980s.

Fela was a pioneer of the afrobeat scene and a revered figure in human rights activism. His son shares much of his passion for social justice.
