A performance from Circus Oz will be taking place near Adelaide next month.

ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA, July 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Circus Oz will be putting on a show near Adelaide mid-way through next month which is sure to be a hit with kids and those who are still young at heart.

As part of their current tour of Australia, performers from the company are appearing at Murray Bridge South Primary School on August 14th 2010.

The circus was formed in Melbourne back in 1978 and has been involved in a relentless series of shows across the country and throughout the world ever since. Circus Oz has appeared in 26 countries over five different continents, including memorable dates in New York and Hong Kong.

Organisers have promised that people who head to the show from some of the cheap accommodation Adelaide has to offer will be able to enjoy a cracking night of family entertainment.

"Expect two hours of breathtaking agility, death-defying stunts, awe-inspiring acrobatic performances, irreverent comedy and a spectacular live band," they added.

As well as its commitment to impressing audiences, the circus has also spent the past three decades engaging in charity work for a range of good causes, raising almost A$250,000 for asylum seekers and refugees in the process.

Performances begin at 13:30 and 19:30, with tickets costing between A$16 and A$48.50.
